Unprofessional service, dangerous practices, and zero documentation ​I took my vehicle here for an alignment, and the experience was completely unacceptable. To start, they used a blowtorch/direct fire on the steering components underneath the vehicle—an overly aggressive and unnecessary practice that risks burning rubber boots, seals, and electrical wiring. ​To make matters worse, they failed to perform the mandatory Steering Angle Sensor (SAS) reset and ADAS recalibration that any modern vehicle requires after adjusting suspension geometry. As a direct result, my lane-keeping assist and safety systems were left completely inoperable and out of calibration. ​On top of the poor technical work, they were entirely unprofessional: they never provided a receipt, a diagnostic report, or an alignment printout. Everything was done strictly by word of mouth with no documentation whatsoever. ​I strongly advise against bringing your vehicle here if it features modern driver-assist systems. They demonstrated a lack of technical knowledge, improper procedures, and zero transparency. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I received the absolute best amazing exceptional service here by the owner and his employees. They are incredibly fast, honest and caring I would not be caught dead going anywhere else.

I’ve been a customer here for over a year, and until now, my experiences have been positive. That’s exactly why I returned when I needed my tires replaced again. This last visit, however, was completely unacceptable. The employee who sold me the tire knowingly sold me a defective product. When I came back to address the issue, instead of correcting the mistake, he dismissed my concern and tried to make it seem like I was at fault. Even worse, he attempted to sell me another tire after already selling me a bad one. I came to your business because I trust your expertise—this is not my area of knowledge, and I rely on your staff to provide safe, reliable products. Being sold a bad tire and then treated this way is not just poor service, it raises serious concerns about your business practices. I expect this issue to be addressed properly. This experience has significantly damaged my trust, and I will be reconsidering whether I return or recommend your business to others.

Best place to get a used tire. They get you in and out and for $40-$50 the tire still had a bunch of tread left.
